Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We will only provide a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You receive the wrong item

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@after-hours-studio.com and include your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
