Order Processing
All products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. After Hours Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@after-hours-studio.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter through a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
